- Milk: Up to 500 litres per day

Applicable to businesses with:
- Turnover: ₹12 lakh – ₹20 crore (₹30 crore for transport/wholesale)

- Storage: Up to 10,000 MT
- Transportation: Up to 100 vehicles

FSSAI Central License Eligibility
Required for:
- Turnover above ₹20 crore (or ₹30 crore for transport/wholesalers)
- Pan-India operations or exports/imports
- Proprietary food, health supplements, food irradiators
- E-commerce food platforms and 5-star hotels
Operational Criteria:
- Food production: Over 2 MT/day
- Milk handling: Over 50,000 litres/day
- Storage: Over 10,000 MT
- Transportation: Over 100 vehicles
